Returns

We at The Spirited Cowgirl have lovingly chosen each piece from vintage to new. We take pride in knowing that we are providing quality and authentic pieces that we hope will be as special to you as they are to us. If by chance you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly accept EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT. Please contact us at thespiritedcowgirl.com within five days of receiving your merchandise so that we can figure out a solution. 

 

We DO NOT accept returns, only exchanges or store credit. Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your order. We ask that you return all items in its original packaging, in its original condition, with your receipt within 14 days with a tracking number so our follow-up on the merchandise will be thoroughly checked.

 

We will not refund shipping and handling fees for exchanging orders. Customers will be responsible for their own shipping costs. 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE REFER TO OUR VINTAGE AND ESTATE POLICIES.

Payments

Payment must be made in full and have cleared the financial institution before we can ship out your merchandise. If you are having any issues with PayPal or a credit card please feel free to contact us and we will assist you any way possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only be accepted and approved if received before the order is shipped. You must place a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order.

Vintage and Estate Pieces

Please be advised that when you purchase items that are Vintage or Estate it may not be perfect,  but it will be authentic that's why we love these pieces so much. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS will be accepted on Vintage or Estate pieces. Our assessment of the condition of these treasured vintage pieces may be different from yours, but we will NEVER try to misrepresent anything we offer to sell. We are trying our best and describe each piece as accurately as possible. We lovingly take time to research each piece to make sure our customers know the background and details of each piece. We provide several pictures of each piece, and we ask that you study and zoom in on the pictures and read the description before committing to a purchase. Please contact us if you have any additional questions, require more pictures, or concerns about the nature and condition of the particular treasure. These are valuable, collectible, and family heirlooms we want you to cherish as much as we do.
