If UPS, FEDEX or UPS shows your item/s was delivered A REPLACEMENT WILL NOT BE SENT.  Please note that FedEx can not deliver to a P.O Box. If you require your merchandise to be shipped to a P.O Box or to a military base with a military address please contact us before finalizing your order so we can work out shipping charges.
